We’ve had some hail damage to our paint and we needed to understand our repair options. Cameron is super personable and educational about what to consider for quality paint work. The experience and estimate were great and we are booking our exterior paint work with Helpful Ace Hardware Pro Painters.
Excellent customer service throughout the project.
This is the most professional paint company I have ever partnered with! I love referring my clients to Helpful Ace Hardware Pro Painters because I know they will be well taken care of.
Their process included a walk thru before final payment which found a list of over looked things and proved very valuable. Miner clean up issues but I notified owner and very responsive. Miscommunication caused a couple errors so just be very clear and watch the crew at all times.
We had a great experience, from start to finish. Estimator Adrian was professional, thorough, and represented the company well. Owner Cameron and assistant Max came out to the house to look things over before work began, and assisted with our final paint selections. Max oversaw the work, and was easy to reach via phone or text, at any time. The crew did an amazing job of painting, installing our shutters, and, just as importantly, cleaning up the work site upon completion. On the last day of wor… Read more
Both young men I talked knew exactly what they were going to do and presented the project to me with a lot of knowledge. They were friendly and helpful.
James kept in touch and was very professional even though the painters were behind due to the snow, rain and hail. They did a good job painting an old house. Now the house is the best looking on the block.
He did a marvelous job and did not leave any mess at all; they cleaned up everything. It was easy and enjoyable!
Adrian was on time to quote me the job I wanted, which was to paint soffits gutter down spouts, which was a small job. He gave me a fair price. I signed a contract for work to be done on Thursday and they were at my home Monday morning and completed the job that day.
After discussing thr painting and old paint removalwith ” all” several times! they let the least experience person, a helper i thought! paint those windows which had already been redone! then after they left and we opened the windows as told, we found the ones he painted were painted exactly in the seams where the experienced painters did not paint! my wife and myself scraped and sanded for three hours to remove the sticking paint! and had to leave windows for days. we had to replace two rubber … Read more
This job included a deck, pergola, and treating a cedar shake roof with a preservative and stain. They did a very nice job and didn’t break any of our 23 in ground lighting fixtures. That’s always a plus!
Fabulous company and completed a big job in 3 days. On time which I’d huge!!
I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and thoroughness of the painting done on the house and shutters. I will certainly hire them again!
The teamwork between the estimation of the work to be done and the painters was excellent. The final product was awesome, on time and we have decided to hire them for Phase II work to be done in 2018.
These guys are a real pleasure to work with. They know what they are doing, have great follow through and good people working for them.
He was very thorough and informative. Top notch experience from beginning to end!
They did a great job! They were fast and the quality of the work was great. Their customer service is top notch. Very responsive to questions and requests.
Professional and personable service by a team I trust!
Painters were knowledgeable, professional, on time, hard working, friendly, efficient, attentive to details, and the house looks fabulous!
Cameron and the crew were all very nice. The house was painted in a timely manner and the customer service was second to none. We had 9 companies quote our job and Cameron was the only one to follow up. You can tell he wants to earn his business. They were willing to work with our colors and the outcome looks great. There were a few small places that needed to be touched up and they addressed it and got them all fixed! I would have them do it again when the time comes.
